Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) Magnets

The Latest Technology super strength magnets since the mid-1980s.  It is the most powerful magnet available with chemical composition or Nd2Fe14B.

Advantage

High induction and high resistance to demagnetization.

Disadvantage

Poor corrosion resistance and is not suitable for high temperature application.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Vacuum Melting
  2. Jet Milling
  3. Pressing
  4. Sintering
  5. Testing
  6. Slicing & Cutiing
  7. Coating
  8. Magnetising
  9. Inspection
  10. Packing & Despatch

Handling and Storage

Sintered NdFeB magnet is brittle and is easily subject to chipping and cracking.  Further, it is extremely strong and powerful after magnetization.

Users should pay special attention and care when handling these magnets to avoid personal injury and damage to magnets.

Sintered NdFeB magnet should be kept in container in-house at room temperature and should avoid direct contact with fire, water and sunshine.
